I Love Grampa

Trip to PA

Mallory and I finally made it down to PA this past weekend. Grammy, Grampa and Great Grandma were visiting also so we thought it was a perfect opportunity to see the new house and visit with everyone. Mallory was a great traveler. She got to see Cooper's soccer game and play with her cousins. She also paid no attention to them wrestling as you can see in the first picture-she would rather read her book. Cooper wasn't too thrilled to have his picture taken with the girls but Mallory thought he was funny anyway!

A few of my favorite things

Mallory LOVES to get into things now. Her favorite activities now are to press all the buttons on the cable box, hand toys to you and then instantly want them back, and blow kisses (can't get that one on camera yet!) She ABSOLUTE favorite thing to do now is take all of her books out and flip through them herself. She is not a huge fan of letting me read to her though she is so cute sitting there babbling as she turns the pages.
She is starting to finally be interested in walking while I hold her hands which is progress at least. She loves to say daddy, all done and best of all "no." She also loves kissing the "itty" (bruno) which is very sweet.

Watching Irene

Luckily we didn't get too much rain or wind from Irene-we were very lucky. Mallory enjoyed watching the downpours we did get!

Mallory and her Rose of Sharon

The year she was born was the first year this bloomed so it has now become "Mallory's Rose of Sharon." They have both grown a little this past year!
